The metro areas identified as the worst are somewhat surprising -- Cleveland and Detroit. Other markets in the top ten are the usual suspects: fast growing Sunbelt metro areas like Orlando, Miami, Las Vegas, Sacramento, Denver, Tampa, and Phoenix. St Louis is the fourth worst market.
