While it is highly unlikely that this asteroid will impact the Earth on FRI 13 April 2036, over 27 years from now, the odds of an impact are greater than the possibilities of many other occurrences in one's life. This writer will not be around when and if it happens, and an even greater impactful number of events are likely to be ongoing with the increased consequences of global warming being seriously felt and experienced regularly by many if not most beings and other life forms on this planet by then. Even if an asteroid impact does occur on that date, scientists believe it could be in the ocean which will lessen the effects and not wipeout mankind and society.
