No Good News on the Housing Front

Here are some links that continue to tell the sad and woeful story about the disaster the housing industry is, as well as the sharp decline projected for home values that will occur over the next 18 - 30 months. Perhaps the most grim news concerns foreclosures, an epidemic across the land that shows no sign of abatement but promises only to increase, probably markedly, for the foreseeable future. The overall consensus is for a further decline in home values in much of the nation, outside of a few safe sanctuaries, of between 20 and 30 % more at least on top of what declines have already occurred in the last 18 to 24 months. Until the bottom is hit in this economic sector, there will be no easing of or end to the current economic collapse being seen and experienced across much of the nation.
