New Tougher EPA Regulations in the Works

I do not know how these most strict air pollution oversights will able to be implimented with the current transportation and energy systems in the places where problems will be greatest - perhaps a ban or restrictions on lawn mowing, and closing freeways between 10 and 3pm.
