Coleman Keeps Fight On in Futile Attempt to Retain Senate Seat

Its going on four months since Election Day 2008, but one election contest still has not been finalized 113 days later: the US Senate seat from Minnesota. Norm Coleman continues to find and use any legal strategy he and his cronies can imagine and employ to keep Al Franken from being certified as the winner of the election as he obviously was more than several weeks ago. The lack of a senator representing Minnesota is a blatant injustice to its citizens, and has also forced President Obama to make concessions to obstructionist Southern Republicans on the stimulus legislation resulting in a reduction of its likely effectiveness, and may compel him to further concessions in addtional areas of legislation dealing with critical public policy areas if this election is not brought to a conclusion in short order. The wheels of justice and the legal system has obviously been moving far too slowly in The Land of 10,000 Lakes.
